Sad news, my friends.

Adam got his email. After making him wait a million years to find out, the answer was no. Who knows why they had to torture him so. Somehow I'll have to figure out a way to live without my best friend for seven months of my life.

Just thought I'd put a few updates of what the week has brought.

I got my invitation packet in the mail! Which is basically a hard copy of the emails. Telling me what to bring and whatnot. But they also included some super attractive 3D glasses so I could play this game:

So now I know almost everything there is to know about Disney history. Like, did you know Walt lived in an apartment above Main Street, USA? True story. Also, Donald Duck's middle name is Fauntleroy. I know everyone was dying to know that.

Yesterday, I bought my first solo plane ticket.

Please notice the price up at the top. That's right. 208 dollars! Cheapest plane ticket ever. It will also be the longest flight I've ever made by myself and I am pretty excited. Mostly for the hour and a half layover in Phoenix, and the fact that I'll be flying practically all night. That'll be the best. Got any tips for sleeping on a plane?

Still waiting for Adam to find out, but I leave in six weeks!

Hey guys! Glad you could stumble upon my page.

I have to tell you a wonderful story. About three weeks ago, I applied for the best job/internship in the world. It's called the Disney College Program. You basically move to Florida, live with a bunch of other college students, take some classes, and wait for it... work at Walt Disney World. It's the opportunity of a lifetime, looks great on resumes, and is so much fun. I mean, seriously, you work at the happiest place on Earth. After I applied, I waited and waited and waited and waited, until last Monday I got THIS in my otherwise empty inbox:

I was by myself in a crowded silent computer lab at school and tried my hardest to stifle a scream. So instead, I did one of these:

But on the inside I really looked like this:

Lately, I've been kind of just living. Not really knowing what to do with my life. Not doing so hot in school, living in Utah of all places. Yuck. I've needed some change, and I finally got it! Now I've got something to look forward to, and I want to share all of my journeys with you folks. I go to Orlando on June 6th, so I've got a little while til the real adventure begins but I'll keep you updated on my plans until then.

For now, I'm just gonna learn as much as I can about the magic this man created:
